(1) Registration information will be reviewed by EPA.
(2) Enterprises who pass the qualification review and in compliance with more than 50% of the selection index will be sent to the preliminary selection meeting of the selection committee for selection into the shortlist.
(1) In the first stage, the selection committee will conduct group review: Enterprises who enter the screening stage will make presentation to the selection committee.
(2) The second stage on-site inspection: The selection committee will be divided into groups from the first-stage selection committee to review and select promising companies for on-site field surveys.
(3) The selection committee will grade the items according to the five selection indicators.
(4) During the screening stage, the chairperson will be a representative from the Department of Supervision Evaluation and Dispute Resolution. If the person is unable to attend, it will be decided through mutual recommendation from the attending members.
(5) Only selection committee members who have attended screening of more than half the number of companies during the first and second stage screening will be eligible for the screening stage grading.
(6) The results will be submitted to the selection committee's final decision meeting to decide on the list of award winners for commendation.
The selection committee will convene a final meeting to decide on the results from screening, and the list of winners must be decided by the presence of more than half of the selection committee members.
